offsite opportunities
Our Guesthouse is located on a farm nestled in the wooded hills of Southeast Ohio. Shady lawns and porches, the sound of birds in the morning, crickets at night, and the notable absence of traffic can be incredibly soothing and relaxing. You can take a morning stroll to open your mind and calm your spirit by the stream, gather at the fire ring for a back yard meal or conversation, or enjoy a campfire under the beauty of a starry sky far from city lights. Rustic yet comfortable, our authentic historic 1880's farmhouse is surrounded by fields, forests and meadows. This unique and original piece of American History sits on a hand carved sandstone block foundation and is built from lumber cut from the surrounding forest. Its classic farmhouse character is captured with all original windows and doors, hardwood floors and plaster. Un-cluttered rooms, airy to cozy, original works of art and artifacts from American history inspire a feeling of a simpler, less complex time.
